A read that as:
4GB Ram at 512bit @ 1.2 Ghz
150 Watts per GPU and they probably had to slow the memory down to get there
1920 Stream Processors per GPU
55% more raw compute power than the 5970

Don't the upcoming 6970 have 1920 stream processors? So I'm guessing the 6990 will likely be two downclocked 6970 cores? I'm happy to see it as a 4GB, 512bit card if it is true.

I've found where I'm going to spend my tax refund money. 🙂
 
4GB, 512bit across 2GPUs = 2GB, 256bit per GPU.
Read 307.2GB/s bandwidth as 153.6GB/s per GPU, that's 256bit DDR5 @4.8GHz.
