Anti Virus Program...what to get?

My norton just took a crap I've always liked Trend Micro's stuff more than norton but because I used to get such deep discounts on norton I always chose it...now that I have nothing should I go with Trend Micro?

It has a guide to the best antivirus. Please talk about antivirus products there, for there are too many of these threads floating around for anyone to really get any help.

Anti Vir running ll the time.

Combined with Bitdefender 8 free which you can run only when you scan (as it doesn't have an active guard). (NB - accordingly in settings set it ti not starting with windows)

Just tested it and its' a truely exccelent combination.

Afterwards just throw in a variety of other scanners - the usual suspects (ad-aware, spybot, MS anti-spyware, ewido, a-squared, cwshredder, remover, x-cleaner spywarecleaner althought the last three are less critical)
