Of course. Bought at full price, with tax dollars. According to the article he's not even allowed to drive it, but will allow his staff to use it. He probably doesn't even know how to drive anything larger than a golf cart.

I think it's more they are liars. For conservatives everything is culture war and identity politics. Tesla's identity changed from left coded to right coded. When it was left coded Tesla was bad and EVs suck. Now that it's right coded I bet suddenly EVs aren't so bad.
