Ok, so here's my situation: i need to RMA my mobo because the on board USB headers and the Lan port recently died, my problem is that i have all of the original packaging except for the ASB, because that had to be used to ship another mobo. My question is this: is it safe to put the board in the box with no ASB? I also have one of the standard plastic bags that a scanner was shipped in, will this pose any static risk, or is it a better alternative to shipping with no bag at all? I need to ship this board out very soon, so quick responses are appreciated.
