Anti-Spam software

Hi everyone,

I'm in the market (well, my father is) for a good spam filtering software. He's a serious victim of spam (around 900 emails a week) and he's getting really tired of it. I get around a dozen a day as well.

I was wondering wich one is the best. I've reading something about Norton AntiSpam, and it seems ok.

on a nix box you could use spamassassin. ive been told that outlook2k3 has decent spam filter. mozilla mail has a spam filter too.

I've been using spamassassin for a while but I'd like to try a new one its still missing some spam but at least it's not nuking my legitimate mail.

SpamAssassin has worked well for me since I started using it several weeks ago.

It has nailed about 95% of the spam and 0% legit email.

I've been using it for about a month now & it's working very well. 97.8% accurite at this point. It's the first filter i've tried so i can't compare it to others.
