Wow, I just received this wallet and not only is it not dorky at all, it's actually pretty cool. In fact, for now, I'm making it my day to day wallet. It's absolutely not bulky, and it'll likely wear well, having, you know, steel woven in it and all.

Really? I ordered this as well because I wanted to check out the steel fabric. My impression was that the quality was terrible, and the steel fabric seemed almost like plastic. The credit card slots were just cuts in the material and one wasn't even straight. Of course, I didn't expect anything more from a $4 wallet.

The quality on mine was perfect and my CC slots were perfect and straight. The steel fabric wasn't bulky, which would have killed it for me. I like mine. :shrug:

Do0d, you were so right. I was mesmerized by the fact that it wasn't even worse than I feared, but it started to freaking fall apart within a couple days of use.

So I asked for a refund from the vendor, and when they never responded, asked again and told them I was going to dispute it with paypal if they didn't.

They didn't, so yesterday I did, and before the end of the day the dispute was ajudicated in my favor when they caved and told paypal they'd refund my money. I get to keep the pos, too.

Sure, the money itself ($4) is peanuts, but I think it's important to hold these jamokes feet to the fire when they sell you utter crap.

Or you could just ask your credit/debit card bank to send you a card w/o RFID. That is free and you can keep your regular wallet.
