I broke the shaft of my 5 wood (it was an older callaway model). I called them about it, they sent me a packing slip, I sent it to them, they changed the shaft to a new one, sent it back, all no cost to me whatsoever

Crutchfield. You pay a little more, but their service is top notch.
Newegg has been good too.
