Anti-Radiation for Cell Phones ... does it work?

Such as Safe Guard that attaches to a cell phone. Does anyone know if this actually works? They claim to block out 99% of the radiation coming from the cell phone. I haven't heard much about this but I did hear that those antenna boosters are bogus.

Independent laboratory testing has shown that most of these devices increase the radiation absorbed by the user, the remainder offer no reduction.

At the same time these devices, decrease battery run-time and reduce call quality.

How about you just get some change and use a pay phone? (No Radiation that we know of)
