Deodarant? I don't need no stinkin' deodarant;

I take a shower using {mostly} Ivory soap,
at least once a day,and when needed if I get sweaty,stinky. LOL.

I am an American,that has warm water and soap at home,and doesn't
need to cover up my body smell. 🙂

I am glad to have a home,and a working hot water heater too,
after seeing the bad weather,earthquakes etc........ in the world of late.

One of my co-workers cellar was flooded Sunday/Monday,and again today;
he has a big mess in his basement,the furnace won't work,
and the hot water heater keeps turning itself off. 🙁

Its about 55f outside here.

Sunday is supposed to cool off more;
Sunday Night: Mostly clear and breezy, with a low near 39.🙁

Perhaps I should re-phrase that. I meant that some people believe that aluminum causes cancer and Alzheimers. Interestingly enough, they also tend to wear it for a hat.

But I can fashion my aluminum caps into all sorts of dazzling styles... for instance, the classic swan.

That was really random. Thanks for sharing though.

You must live a very sedentary lifestyle if you don't develop a funk during the day because of the lack of deodorant.

I dont really sweat much. When i do sweat, it doesnt smell. I shower with deodrant soap (Irish Spring), but thats about it. I own deodorant, but never need to use it.

deodorant. I put it on very liberally.

Anti Perspirant is hard to wash off in the shower (at least the ones I've tried)

Nope I sweat,just noticed years ago,that I actually Stink Less;
if I wash up every day,and stay away from deoderant/antiperspirants.

In the summer I may shower 3 times a day.

Oh I don't shower long,5 mins is about max.Why waste the water?

The non-cancerous stick thank you.

Again, no valid, peer reviewed and repeated study has ever linked AP use to cancer.

None.

Why must you constantly marginalize the importance of invalid non-peer reviewed one-time studies? 😛

AP isn't natural. Your body sweats for a reason.

Slowing the perspiration in the armpits won't hinder the body's ability to cool itself significantly.

You may have had a point if people used an all over AP. But in this case, it's less than 2% of our total surface area, so your point is moot.
