We stop/screen/vet over 3M persons a day. Period. Full stop. You have no idea what you're talking about.

And your bolded "test" would apply to any sovereign entity in the history of mankind. So we'll never achieve that, and you can just go on screaming at clouds about it.

Also, still unaddressed, vast majority of "illegals" are just those that have overstayed their visas. Has literally ZERO to do with the border.
