Anti Glare screen for monitors

I don't know if this exists, but is there an antiglare screen for 21inch monitors that do not tweak the colors? I'm a digital artist and I get a lot of glare in my bright office and color is important so I don't want something that tints the screen.

Yeah there's one from 3M. I'm not sure if they make one for 21" monitor though...

I have this, It makes everything darker, but works really well.
