they basically gives you html code you can put into your site to disable the annoying popup ads or banner ads on a free hosted site.

and if you're caught, what's the worse thing that can happen?

also, what's a free host that doesn't have ads, in any?

I used one for xoom.
They deleted my site.

i still use one for xoom, have not been caught yet, its ok if they delete my site, its just a test site.
