anti-ad-blocking now in play?

"page not found" loading errors. For a moment, my wifi went down on my laptop. it eventually came back, but the errors continued. I got the problem to go away by disabling system proxy and encrypted DNS (CloudFlare DNSoverHTTPS).
 
Haven't seen anything like that, though in the past week+, there was some extra hesitation loading pages like the same old issues in the other topic about slow site loading... maybe related?

From what I've seen, anti-adblocking tends to rely on a script so if something new was added, try blocking that.
