Antec VP-450 (brand new) 5v line too low?

VirtualLarry

No Lifer
In BIOS PC Health section
3.3V = 3.328v
5V = 4.879v
12V = 12.144v

When I use a DMM to check the 5V line, it's 4.93v.

Is this too low?

System is:
MSI 785G mobo
AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8Ghz (defaults to 1.4v vcore)
2x2GB DDR3-1333
SATA DVD burner

I'm going to be adding five SATA HDs, one boot drive, and four 1TB HDs for storage. This is planned to be a storage server.

Is this going to be a problem, or is it close enough to spec that it will work?

That's only a 1.4% deviation, ATX spec allows up to 5% before there's danger of damaging components. You have nothing to worry about! Even the 4.879V reading is well within safe limits.

EDIT

Went to the trouble of googling the official document.
