This is a great case for a HTPC. It fits a mATX mobo, has 2 side-mounted 120mm fan (3-speed adjustable), a nice quiet 430W PSU, LCD display, and built-in IR receiver. I bought one from Buy.com about a month ago for $160 and think it was well worth it for that price. For 100 bucks, this is an absolute no-brainer. Good quality construction, and it fits in very nicely with any A/V equipment you have.

Does this version still use the backlit LCD? The silver ones used a VFD. That was my only gripe with the black fusion.

I guess it is personal preference, but VFDs do not require an extra light source to illuminate the individual cells, much like the displays in many high end audio and video components. Backlit LCDs from my experience have a lot of light bleeding and leakage around the LCD that I just don't care for. I prefer the contrast of VFDs.
