Update: Got the Seasonic. News is not good. 3.3v line is at 3.10V.

5% tolerance for 3.3V line - 3.135 - 3.465v.
Good efficiency data though, as per a Kill-A-Watt:
(118.8VAC)
Antec:
"Soft-off state" = 0.12A
Idle at desktop = 2.10A
Power factor while idle = 0.69
Prime 95 torture test = 2.54A -
208.20888 Watts
Power factor during test = 0.70
Seasonic:
"Soft-off state" = 0.07A
Idle at desktop = 1.33A
Power factor while idle = 0.96
Prime 95 torture test = 1.67A -
190.46016 Watts
Power factor during test = 0.96
Differences:
"Soft-off state" = 0.05A, Antec is worse
Idle at desktop = 0.77A, Antec is worse
Power factor while idle = 0.27, Antec is worse
Prime 95 torture test = 0.87A, Antec is worse
Power factor during test = 0.26, Antec is worse
I'm hoping that low 3.3v line isn't going to be a problem - maybe (hopefully) it's an inaccurate sensor chip?
Still doesn't change the fact that the Antec was making some weird noises.
