Antec TruePower 430W or Thermaltake PurePower 480W

I'd recommend the TruePower 380... 95% of people don't actually need more than 400 watts. You should see all the crap I run on my Antec SL350 (350 watt)... I've listed it so many times I'm sick of typing it, so I won't unless you ask, but there's not a whole lot more I can ad to my computer to consume more power than it already does.

I am a big fan of Antecs TruePower PSUs, so I say get one. As for the wattage, 380W should be plently, but their seem to be more deals on the 430, so just get whatever is more cost effective. Personally, I have a TP 430 that I paid about $60 for from Amazon at the beginning of the year.

YOu can get the TruePower 550W
or the TruePower 550W with the 5.25" voltage front drive

for $99-102 at CompUSA.com
a hell of a deal considering, its 10-20 above the 430W TruePower

Good advice by Jeff. Antec is the way to go. Not only are they stable, but they're quieter than most PSUs. No way do you need more than 400w on a system. Even watercooling won't put much of a load on it. (Pumps tend to run less than 1A on the 12v rail).

Anandtech did a roundup of 4 PSUs showing the Antec beating the TT in practically every category.

Some more feedback. A while ago a freak accident happened with an antec ps of mine. It essentially fried everything in the system except the CPU and Motherboard. After talking to Antec about it, they were willing to pay the replacement cost of the hardware, even though it is not specifically covered under warranty. From my expirence with Thermaltake's CS, I would be amazed if they would even admit it was their problem.
