I can't find any other threads either. I saw the TruePower 2.0 PSUs on Antec's site at least a week or two ago and they've been in stock at Newegg for over a week as well.

Are you sure you saw an older thread?

It's not listed on Antec's site yet, but they'll also soon be offering a 500W version of their "Phantom" PSU. (as pictured in the latest issue of Computer Shopper, May, 2005, page 23).

The Phantom doesn't seem to be doing to well from the review's I've seen. It has terrible efficiency (shouldn't a fanless PSU be highly efficient ), it runs hot as a result of the poor efficiency, and the rails aren't that great either.

Silentpcreview states that the Phantom is one of the best in terms of efficiency, which is important for a passive PSU.
