I know Antec makes good PSUs, but I wanna make sure that this is a good one. I don't wanna blow almost 90 bucks on a piece of crap.

That's one super power supply. Had one for over a year until I blew it up. I now have an Antec550, 480, 430, 380 and 330.

Super power supplies.

IMHO

I had a 480w true power..that i killed with a floppy..it was 2yrs old..I sent it to Antec with my receipt for RMA..they got it on Nov8 and shipped out the replacement on Nov11...waiting on UPS as I live in FL and then are in Ca

I loved my PSU but why pay more for the TrueBlue....look at the NeoPower or even OCZ 520w PSU

Here's the deal with the TrueBlue. It's got a relatively weak 12V rail at 22A.

The True 480 (no blue LED's) is rated at 28Amps on the 12V.

Not sure why the specs are so different for the two when they are both named "True 480". Maybe someone who knows more about Antec power supplies can comment on this.

My True Blue is working fine and I haven't had any problems with it. I haven't tried to overclock it yet, though. That said, if I had to do it over again I'd go with a power supply with a more powerful 12V line like a True 480 or True 550.

I'm looking at the side of my trueblue and it says 28A on 12v

wtf? The page I posted to on Antec's site must be outdated. Yeah, I took the side off my case and looked at the power supply and it's 28A on the 12V as well. I stand corrected. 😱 Thanks for setting me straight Mike!
