I just got this couse my other PS died and it had grewat reviews and everyoen said it was great. anyway its workin fine. but MBM 5 shows teh 12V rail at 11.67V and thsi kinda worries me. is this to low?? i have 2 HDs and @ cdroms along with 4 fans runnin on teh 12V rail. i know the PS has fan only outs but they dont supply enuff power for my 120mm sunnons the wont even turn and i like havin them run at full power. so shoudl i be worried about teh 12V rail?????
 
The spec for 12v lines is +/-10% or 10.8-13.2v. So you're just fine. Also mobo measurement may be inaccurate. Check with a good DVM (digital volt meter) to be sure.

Those "fan only" connectors are supposed to only turn on if the case requires more cooling so that it keeps the noise down. It's more of for regulation so that's why it's not meant for hard drives or what not. They might not have enough power to push all the fans either, that's another idea (plus you should only put a max of 3 fans combined off of the two connectors).
