heres my personal experience with the tpII. thats when i had it running my 3200+winny and 6800gt, 2 optical, 2 hdd, 1 pvr card, 1 gig, 6 fans on a dfi sli-dr.

it handles the same thing now but with a 3700 sandy @ 2750, a 7800gtx and another gig of ram.

i have no experience with the smart powers but the reviews are pretty favorable. i'm pretty sure they lack the feedback circuitry that makes the truepowers2 voltages so tight.
