Antec TPII-550 work for my new system?

Will my Antec TPII-550 be suffecient for my new system?
New system includes:
Motherboard ASUS M3A78-CM
CPU AMD Phenom 9950
Vid Card ATI 4850
Hard Drive WD Velociraptor 10,000 rpm
Ram Kingston HyperX 4 gigs

And a few misc cd drives and fans.

Will it be ok?

Should but i would recommend you get a new one. The TPII is an older design and doesn't dedicate as much to the 12V rails as newer PSUs do.

Truepowers were known for blowing up... How old is this? I would probably get another one anyway because of the 12v rails, like mpilch said.
