Why two front (optional) 92mm case fans?
One (or two) 120mm fan(s) would be better, more quiet!

Why there isn't any rubber grommets to absorb hard drive vibration?
(This is odd because those grommets are standard equipment on your cheaper Solution serie).

Those same design flaws are also existing in you new Performance TX serie, but even worse, because there you (Antec) use two 80mm front fans (optional). One (or two) 120mm fan(s) would be better, more quiet!

I have Antec Performance Plus 1080AMG case right now. I think that you should have corrected those design flaws with you new Performance TX serie, but you have not, why?

I think the main market for the Titan case is workstation usage. Professional people are less sensitive to things like hard drive seak noise thus no soft mounts are used.

By using two smaller 92mm fans in the front they can be used for spot cooling of hard drives. I consider this a plus over one 120. If you use slow moving 92's, you will have more than enough cooling with minimal noise.

Titan550 and to some extent the TX line of cases are not specifically geared towards Quiet/Silent computing.

Titan550 specifically is a server case (extended ATX) and in most situations, quiet is not a top consideration. Overriding concern tends to be stability, which depending on config usually means as cool as possible.

2 x 92s are to provide direct cooling to the HD's because it's more likely in a server environment to have higher RPM drives. Thus they'll likely need more cooling. 92's provide a balance between direct cooling/quiet.

TX while we made some choices to make them quieter then previous versions, the primary focus was not quiet computing. The SLK line (the BQE's = Black Quiet Editions, and now the 3000B and to a lesser extent the 1650's) are not the original models. SLK1600, 2600AMB, and 3700AMB had fairly little in the way of quiet computing features (ie grommets. Of those I think the 3700AMB has grommets).

Since the TX is also an update to an existing line, putting front 120mm while a nice feature would have required a longer lead time for retooling the front part of the chassis (the drive cages, specifically) and possibly changing the overall dimensions of the case, especially the TX635 and TX640B. Or losing internal 3.5 drive bays.
