get VIDEO!!!

Video, DIMM, were tested OK!

I returned my MSI 694D Pro-AR, CUSL2-C, P3@933... coz'
I thought my P3 is trashed!

Now I got K7T Pro2-A+tbird 900... and still the same! short beep but

Is it my Antec SX830 Power Supply!!!
I will really appreciate any adventure you

Best thing would be to see if you can get hold of another powersupply and try it. If your power supply power up your cd-roms and you can open and close them then I guess it's not your powersupply.

having a similar problem with an a7v and 900 tbird, mine will start up on occasion, and then sometimes it takes hitting the reset once or twice? i am stumped as well... maybe i will try an enermax and see what happens.

What do the mother board LED's show ?, Do you have another video card to try laying around? Extra stick of ram to try?

you know...i kinda had the same problem with my card...it ended up being that my card wasnt in all the way. The metal where you screw the card in place seemed to be to low for the MB....so maybe thats it.....push it in as hard as you can...i even bent the metal so now it fits perfect....

You know they make spacers for that purpose. I would recomend using MB spacers instead of "bending the metal and pushing it in harder"

have you tried taking all of the components out except for the video card. Then try and boot. It should at least take you into the bios startup screen. It could be a problem with any of the components including HD or floppy. Unplug everything and then start plugging in stuff one by one. You should eventually find out what is causing the problem. Also could your MB be shorting out on anything. Try taking the MB out of the case and then try booting. It is frustrating as hell but when its up and running you feel much better.
