Antec SX830 and 300 W PS and Tbird

Is anyone finding this ps to be a problem...it is not listed as AMD approved..the 400W is...
 
Antec's SX830 comes with a pp303x supply that is listed on AMD's web site as one of the recommended supplies for use with the AMD Athlon processor.
 
I did not see it but I looked for 1.2ghz tbird when I checked and they only listed the 400w ps....but thanks I thought it should be fine...strange thing is they listed 250w ps that would be ok with 1.2tbird but the antec 300w....I was surprised.
