I'm looking at case at a local shop in my town.

Its an Antec SX600II for $45
and a sparkle 300W for $25

Total price $70

It seems like a reasonable case to me.

Will the sparkle 300W be enough power for me? Also how loud are sparkle power supplies?

my computer specs are:
MB Shuttle AN 35 Ultra
CPU Barton 2500
Ram 512
DVD burner
2 80GB WD harddrives
1 40GB IBM deathstar
