Antec SX1030 With Standard 4 80mm Fans Enough???...

I am building a new T-Bird system and am wondering if the 2 stock 80mm plus two 42cfm 80mm Sunons will be enough to keep it cool. I will use a Taisol CGK742 on my T-bird to overclock it and I will use stock fan and aftermarket heatsinks on a 64mb GF2 Pro to OC it a little. Everything else will be un-OCed, but I've heard my IBM 40gb 60GXP might run a little warm. Do you think the Antec SX1030 with 2 80s in and 2 80s out will keep it cool enough? or do I need to start cutting?

I have 4 19cfm fans and I hold my case temp to 5C above ambient.

Also my 307045, which is one hot beast, stays cool with this setup!
