antec sx1030 power and cooling question

hey,

i am contemplatin' pickin up an antec sx1030 case (already own one at skool) with an enermax 350w bundled psu and 4 80mm fans. i have a few ?s

1. is the psu sufficient for 4 80mm fans, 1 7200 hd, 2 cdrom devices, floppy, athlon 1.4, nforce (hopefully), geforce3

2. is RETAIL athlon hsf sufficient cooling, taking into account i wont overclock, and i have 4 fans in this great (reviewed) case for air flow in general?

Great case, first off. Me, and my cuz have the SX830.

1. Built a similar setup (similar specs besides the PSU, as it's stock Antec 300W with his, and the GF3---he has an overclocked Radeon VE) for a cousin that works fine, and is 100% stable---overclocked! I believe it's safe to say replacing the stock 300W Antec w/another quality 350W Enermax PSU would guarantee you stability. 🙂

2. If you can spare another $15/20, I'd get a larger, more powerful and efficient HSF combo. If nothing else, just for the peace-of-mind it would provide (since you're not overclocking).

thx for the response...budget is a little tight so i will either have to dump the fancy psu or go woth stock athlon hsf...
