I got this case a while back from ONIVA on a pricemixup for 43.95 shipped and I have to echo How well built this case is. It also wieghs a ton. My only wish is for a slide out chasis like on Enlight cases, otherwise it is the AUDI of PC cases. GREAT BUILD QUALITY!

I've got an SX830 & an SX1040 and I think they're great.
It does seem sad to pay more for my case than the motherboard.

It's so nice not to bleed everywhere while working
inside a case and you don't have to use screws to hold the side
panel on.
The latch works nicely keeping it in place.
I think the 1000 series looks better,
but the front panel on the 800 series comes off
from the outside so it can be cleaned behind easily.

Notice:
The rebate is about to expire.
I think the 22nd is the last day.

830 vs 1030?

if you want a black case, the 1030 is the way to go... the door hides those other color bezels...

and the extra drive bay... its lower for the hard drives... the fan blows over the top pf the drives cooling them too. being lower reduces cable clutter close to the memory and cpu. And if u plan on putting a big heat sink on, (i use a volcano7 with 80mm) those cables might be in the way on the 830.

If you are into case mods the 1030 is great... you can use one of the 4 5 1/4 bays for mods like port replicators or fans switches...

bought the same deal last November and haven't seen my rebate yet. wheresmyrebate doesn't have any info on me and when I call the 800 number their computers are down, day after day. Great case. But good luck on getting your $20 back.

This is a really good deal for a nice case. I paid almost $100 for mine last summer. It has a lot of cool extras like a hard drive cage that seperates, snap in fan holders, and rails for the drives. The power supply is also high quality.
