Antec Superlanboy fan replacement

I want to replace the rear 120mm stock fan on my super lanboy, but it's mounted via these rubber isolators, and the holes are a bit too small for screws to fit in. How do I go about replacing it w/ a fan of my choice?
 
take the rubber things off the existing fan (carefully since they tear) and put them on the new fan of your choice. Or you can drill out a slightly larger hole and thread it with a normal case fan screw.
