Looking to add lights to the Lanboy, but wondering if the 12" will fit. Looks like 8" would be perfect, but haven't been able to find any that size.

Also, the kits I've been looking at come with a switch, but I'm not sure the best way to mount it. I guess I could drill a hole in a 5 1/4 cover, but wanted to be sure there wasn't a precut cover available.

ya 12" will fit, it's almost the entire length of the case and you may hit the HDD bays if it's too thick though.

along the bottom of my window I run a 6" sound reactive blacklight, for the switch what TYPE of switch is it?

I don't have a lanboy (yet), but my thermaltake 12" sound reactive CC has a rear expansion bay switch, its discreet and very handy.

membreya: I wasn't sure if a 12" would fit in front of the HDD bays. Do you have the 6" mounted to the window? If so, is it a problem when you need to remove the window for access? Is the inverter mounted tot he window also?

I got a dual 6" CC (Flexiglow), but the kit did not come with the PCI blank for the switch. It looks like it just has the small black switch (Store won't accept return of opened packages). I can't find a PCI blank designed for a switch and I'm not sure I could nicely cut a slot in a 5 1/4 panel (although the switch in the front would be nice).

I'm in Houston and have access to the following store:

I've got the DFI UV mobo and UV sensitive cables in the SuperLanboy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

switch your intake and exhaust fans. You may find that with the LED fan in the back, you no longer need your CCFL. This hold esp if you have a TrueBlue Antec Power Supply.
