Antec Super Lanboy or TT Tsunami ?

Hi,

I can't decide which one to buy. Both of these cases are lightweight, but can anyone compare their cooling ability? I personally think the HDD orientation of the LANBOY may block greatly the air coming in, or am I wrong? If I added a 120mm fan on the sade panel (don't know how to do it though, would be happy if i could get information about this rather simple modding) of the LANBOY, would its cooling be better than Tsunami? As for Tsunami, does anyone have an idea about the CFM rate of the stock fans. I know they're loud, and I wonder if I can replace them with something with aprox. same airflow and less noise.

Tsunami is awesome. The fans aren't as loud as everyone says they are either. I would get the Tsunami. The LANboy seems too cramped for me.
 
I agree that the Tsunami is awsome. Installation was super easy, and it looks awsome!

BTW, the cooling in the Tsunami is probably better, as it provides more airflow than probably 95% of cases out there!
 
Yes the Tusnami is loud, but the airflow is excellent, especially if you get the side window with extra 90mm fan that blows air onto the CPU fan.
 
So the Tsunami is louder? I was looking @ the Super Lanboy as my next case, but I want to go silent & cool. Is it because the Tsunami has louder fans in it out of box? Can anyone suggest a place to look for good prices on the Tsunami? Thanks!
 
I did not like the Lanboy, the TT is an overall better case, If it's to loud for your taste, I'm sure you can get a fan controller although it shouldn't be a problem.
 
The case itself isnt that loud, it's the fans that come with it. If u get some quiet fans or a fan controller with other fairily silent components, it shouldnt be that much of a problem at all IMO.
 
Tsunami is NOT LOUD

The stock CPU HSF and NB fan on the mobo are louder than the 3 case fans (which i can still KIND OF hear . . . im thinking of replacing those)
 
I looked at the LanBoy but went with the Tsunami.

The Tsunami cools well but I found the stock fans too loud for my ears. I believe they are rated around 53 cfm but well above the 21bd claim. I replaced them with SilenX and they are awesomely quiet and my case temps haven't changed. Don't forget about the 92mm side fan as well.
