Antec Spot Cool

I just read about it in the newest Computer Shopper mag. Googled a couple reviews of it and they seemed to like it. Looks more ideal for RAM, north/south bridge, and video card cooling in certain unique situations more than a regular conventional hsf. Just curious if anyone here at AT Forums ever tried it and what their opinions of it were. Not interested in getting one but just curious if its anything more than a gimmick.

There is a thread here that discusses that either in the C&C section or the Gen. Hardware section. It's down near the bottom of this page right now.

Good case airflow and setup will get you the best results, but if you have a small hot spot or high voltage RAM that needs active cooling then it may be worth it.
