Antec SP-450 question

My Antec SP-450 PSU shows a split rail 12v. 15amps on 12v-1 and 17amps on 12v-2. Is this a true split rail? Or do I have 32amps available for the mobo and vid card together? PS- It has one PCI-E 6 pin connector.

The rails cannot be added together to give you the total 12V amps. The total is usually printed on the label.

As I said in your other thread, you should replace the PSU because it was built using capacitors which have had many issues.
