Antec Sonata, Shuttle AN35N, and Zalman CNPS7000B

Thanx to dannybin1742, I now know that Zalman CNPS7000B fits on the Shuttle AN35N mobo. I planned to house all the components inside an Antec Sonata case. I bought the case and the cooler, but not the mobo. However, looking at the physical layout, it looks like the PSU will get in the cooler's way. The CPU socket on the AN35N is just too close to the top edge.

Does anyone have the exact setup or attempted to build such a rig. I need to know if all the parts will fit. There are lots of nForce2 based boards that have similar layout - Abit, for example. If you don't have an AN35N, any info on a similar board will help too.

Thanx.
