I"m looking at getting either an Antec Sonata II or an Antec 300.

They have wildly different designs, but both look ok to me aesthetically.

In my mind, the Antec 300 advantages are:
-Big enough to hold a 5870
-Great value for money
-Can't find anything wrong with it, either from reviews or even forum posts

As for the Sonata III
-The 300 is only a little taller than it, and almost as deep, so the 5870 should also fit in it (is this right?)
-Comes with Earthwatts 500W PSU, so the total cost of Casing+PSU becomes much lower
-Less noisy than the 300

I'd appreciate any feedback you can give about the 300 and/or the Sonata III, especially those who have used or are using those cases.

Thanks in advance.

I have the 300, but i built my dads and GF's comps in the sonata 3. I would go with the 300 because its cheaper and will let you pick a PSU that you want not get stuck with the 500w it comes with. If the 500w is good enough for you though then the sonata 3 is a good option. Build quality is about the same.

It should be doable, I can fit the 8800 GTX into it and it's roughly the same size at 10.5" as the HD case is rotated. It also makes adding or removing HDs much easier.
