Antec Sonata III arrived with cracked door

The door on my case came with a pretty big crack up near the top. Do I RMA it? I wonder if it's possible to get them to send a replacement of just the door, so that I can continue with building for the next few days..

Or I could superglue it..
 
If you're like me, no matter how well the system performs, you'll never be totally happy with it if the case is significantly damaged or defective. You probably won't be ecstatic with your finished product if the case doesn't look good even if you know the internals are perfect.

Then again I know a couple guys who just stack their components on racks that're ugly as sin and seem satisfied, so maybe you don't have the same compulsion I do.
 
Sweet. The Antec guy I spoke to on the phone says they can send a replacement door at no cost to me. Just waiting for a confirmation e-mail and it's time to get to work!
 
Yeah Antec's pretty good about that kind of stuff. Just make sure that nothing else was damaged...check around for dents, make sure all the drive rails are there, that kind of thing. You should be good to go though.
