ok, I'm sold on this. Will this power supply suffice for a current amd64 x800xl setup with about 4-5 drives or is the Seasonic drives still that much better? I would like it to last through the Crossfire + X2 4000+ generation but that may be asking too much right?

450W Smart Power 2.0 will have no problem w/ the system spec you listed.

Got rid of "Antec" on side panel - nice.

Chrome plastic cover over front ports - tacky. Once cover is open, ports look "unfinished."

Where is air intake? I'm thinking alongside the bottom half of front, the "curves" part? I hope so, otherwise air will come in from next to expansion card slots and hard drives won't get cooling.

No pics of inside.

Take a look at these pics. Yes, the intake air passes through the curves on the front panel.

The chrome plastic cover isn't that great, but it's the same one on the Sonata and it gets the job done.

Looks like they corrected the only real problem I found with my Sonata I by bumping out the bottom front panel a little to increase intake airflow. Glad they got rid of the stupid 'antec' holes on the side panel.

I'm glad Antec removed their logo from the side panel. In my opinion, it looked tacky and it took away from the simplicity I loved about the case. I want to see a review of this against the new P180. Both look to be great.

The reason it is steal is because Antec is looking to build a quiet case. If they were using aluminum of the same thickness, the cost of the case would be increased greatly. Since they can use thicker steal for the same price as thin aluminum, they'll go with the steal since the thin aluminum will resonate and cause more noise.
