Have not seen one yet. According to spcr only Frontier and EndPCnoise will have the black ones. EndPC will have them up I bet after Mem day. Happy Mem day by the way to all!
 
i really can't decide if silver is a color i want for a case. then again, i'm not sure if i want to spend +50 more just to get it in black either
 
I've ordered a P180 and A64 X2 from tankguys. B/c the X2 has been delayed, I've been getting an email from them with status updates everyday this week.
 
My P180 case was delivered this morning.

Now, I have to choose some components to put in the case. I was unwilling to purchase a MoBo and Video card to put in until the case was actually in hand for reasons of falling prices and additional options. In fact, the selling prices of the 6800 Ultras (not gonna get one) have been cut in half since the P180 was first decided upon.

So, the case can be set up and admired. hehe.

Anyone want any information that can't be obtained without having one in their greedy little hands? Distance from the back of the case to the fan? Etc?

That is the beta version as of January. The basics are there but enough has changed that it should be ignored.

I agree with the flasy part. It is funny that as many of us strive for quieter computers, even as the components are producing more heat, so many are moving to flashing lights. Ahh, to be young again. Then again, some people at my age like ruffles and flash. 🙂

Maudib, it's not available from reputable stores unless it's priced high. You can't get it at Newegg. Fisher999 ordered it from SVC.com but they cancelled his order and said it wasn't in stock. He tried another 9/10+ store and it's out of stock there too. Yes, it's shipping, but it's not in stock at normal prices.

Edit: Nevermind, it's in stock today 😀
 
Did you not see the post by Capt Caveman?? ZipZoom Fly has it in stock.

They are quite reputable! I've started using them over Newegg when Newegg started charging me tax. Many here on AT use them. Shipping is a bit on the high side for the P180, but if you want it you can get it.
 
Yeah, I saw that. ZZF is indeed reputable, and I've purchased from them before. What I mainly meant was the "priced high" portion of my sentence. The P180 could be had for as low as $129.53 shipped last week, but it went out of stock too fast. ZZF is selling them for $140 before factoring in shipping!

Here's a better deal: $142.57 shipped UPS Ground. Resellerratings: 9.13. This was the store selling it for $129.53 shipped last week. After it went out of stock, they increased the price.

This was the very thing I was expecting; that is, when techonweb got the case back in stock they'd raise the price; at least it's not as high as over here at SVC who is claiming to have it in stock again (just like they told me last week) but at an even $20 higher cost than the inflated TechonWeb price

I ALMOST put in my order with TechonWeb as I have dealt with them twice before in the past and had great experiences but I've got to calm down over being upset that they have raised their advertised price (from last week) by about $20 or so.

By the time I cool down it will be "grabbed up" by you guys and I can delay purchasing it until its price comes back down to reality.

So. buy, buy, boy gentleman.
