Antec Sonata cooling question

I read lots of reviews about the Antec and i am thinking about purchasing it but then i have been told that the cooling of it is not very good. I am planning overclocking a little bit but nothing major, and i want to know if the Antec Sonata can keep it cool in there...

What CPU and video card are you planning on using? I had a P4 3.2 @ 3.6 and 6800GT in my Sonata during the winter and it was fine, but I imagine that it would get mighty toasty during the summer.
 
i was planning on having a AMD64 3200+ at 2.2 - 2.4 GHz and a x800XL PCIe, and thanks for the link 0roo0roo that helped a lot!
