I planned on doing this myself, but decided to sell my unbuilt Solo and hold off for another case (as yet to be decided...and funded).
The Antec Solo is the same frame, front bezel and internals as the P150, the main differences being a) it's black, b) it comes without a power supply, and c) it doesn't come with the stealthed optical bezels.
You can buy the P150 stealthed bezels from Antec Spare Parts:

The shipping price sucks, but you can also throw in some extra drive rails.
Paint/Vinyl Dye them black.
The mounting system is the same, using two plastic/metal drive rails for each optical drive. Mount your optical drive(s) using the rear set of the screw holes to mount, so the front of the drives are sunk in behind the bezels, and line up with the door and eject button.
Fairly easy (you need to take the bezels apart to evenly paint them) but the payoff should be pretty good. Haven't seen this mentioned before so thought I'd pass it along since I'm not using the idea myself.
Or, if you have the P150, you could change up the bezel color. Whatever your taste.
