Antec Solo - Panel w/Cable Management

With regard to the side panel that has your cable management ties, what's the best way to remove this panel. I unscrewed the one screw and tugged to no avail. What's the trick to getting the "other" panel off?

The Solo is the same case as the P150 except different color and no PSU. IIRC, you lift the panel instead of sliding like most cases.
