So far....garbage.

Just got the solo delivered to my house. Well packed, all looked well. Took it out of the box:

1. THe front bezel is warped on both sides beyond belief.

I'm a little dissapointed but I continued to explore the case:

2. the upper hinge on the front bezel is clean broken off the bezel.

I'm very unhappy at this point but I take the side panel off to check out the inside:

3. two of the drive rails used to install 5.25 drives are missing.

Three strikes and your out antec...silverstone and lian lli may cost more but atleast you get a functional case...

It's hard to argue with personal experience. If you got a bad case no one could fault you for not buying another from that brand.

I have been using Antec cases for close to ten years now and have never had any problems, go figure.

Keep in mind plenty of people have gotten Lian Li cases with warped side panels and dented front panels - every brand has lemons.

Call or E-mail antec they will care of the problem ASAP.

If i am not going to buy a cheap case i buy antec, have 3 or 4. They are not the best but i think they are good for the price.

Sorry for your bad run in with it though, i really hate it when it happen to me. It feels like opening a Christmas present and get smacked in the face.

For what it's worth, I'm loving the Antec 900. I've owned it for about a week and can't sing anything but praise for it. Well, that's not entirely true because I wish there were a way to dim or toggle off the lights. They're "subtle" in a well lit room, but anything other than that and it's a bright night in Blingville... At least on a CFM basis it's incredibly quiet and roomy. And as for the cable management that it's been knocked for, it's really not that bad. Get a needlenose plier and get the cable bunched and turned at 90 degrees on their breakout point and it's looks just fine. Most people just cram shit in the back, eliminated the nuance propr cable management.

Having said all that, you can now have your thread back.
