Antec SLK3700-BQE Case Cooling?

Here's my new setup:

Antec SLK3700-BQE w/350W Antec PSU (1 x 120mm Antec Fan Blowing Out, 1 x 120mm Enermax Variable Speed Fan for Intake)

I am receving great CPU temps of about 33C Idle, 42C load, but my system temps are very high, averaging about 35C Idle and 38C load. Is this normal for my SLK3700-BQE? I have the Enermax fan running Med. High and the Antec fan I can't control, but it doesn't feel like it's pushing out any air. Is there something I can do to fix my temps? Or are they normal?
 
The temps look pretty good to me.. but are you kidding me? 120mm fans are supposed to push loads of air..
 
I'm thinking somethings screwed up with the temp readings... your system temp is higher then your processor... how is that possible.

Could it be that the intake fan is pushing in more air than the psu and rear fans can expel? Seems that you would have a lot of air coming in causing turbulance and then thats mixing with teh heat coming off of the cpu. So you have all this air rushing in, heating up and then getting slowly expeled. And sense the cpu is close to that rear exhaust fan, what little air the rear fan is moving is taking heat off of the cpu. I dunno just a thought.

That's what I though, I am ordering another Enermax fan to put in the system for the rear exhaust.

Couldn't you just switch the Enermax and the Antec to the front/back and test out this theory... or just unplug the front fan?
