Antec PP303XP and AM3?

Have an old PS lying around, antec PP303XP - will this work with a dual core / 3 core AM3 socket chip on this board?

Will be using the onboard video sound and an old EIDE HD lying around.

Its been years since I built a system and have no idea about voltages etc.. : (

Hi, better get a good new power supply. This old one won't run your new system.

If you are buying that mobo from newegg, check the combo deals. You can get a rosewill ATX case for free when buying that mobo. I bought two of those combos last week. Mobo seems to work fine, only VGA output for the onboard, no DVI or HDMI, but for $45 I guess it's fine.
