Ok, I did a lot of updating here recently to achieve overclocking success and am having a little trouble getting my setup to work, but here's what I've got for reference:

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ w/ Thermalright SLK-900U and Thermaltake Smart Fan II
Epox 8RDA+ w/ Vantec Iceberg Cooler on NB(Arctic Silver III) and Zalman Heatsink on SB (Arctic Silver II)
1GB (2x512MB) Kingston HyperX PC3500 DDR RAM in Slots 1 and 3
ATI Radeon 9700 Pro
Linksys WP11 802.11B Wireless PCI Card
Leadtek WinFast 2000 XP Deluxe TV Tuner Card
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum Sound Card
HP DVD300i DVD Burner
Lite-On 48x/12x/48x CD-RW
Western Digital 120GB Special Edition Hard Drive
Antec SX1040B w/ 5 Antec Case Fans and 480W Antec TrueBlue Power Supply

Well, my problem is that the computer will not boot...when I hit the power button the computer will not boot up at all, it looks like it is going to (The blue lights in the PS start to light up, my case fan and fan on my Radeon start, but then everything just goes dead. I have tried unplugging everything but motherboard, taking out all PCI cards, and different power cords, outlets, etc. The thing just doesn't seem to want to work. I am guessing it is the power supply because that makes the most since, but what else could it be? I have double checked everything but just don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

How do you define dead? Do you mean it won't post, or do you mean no fans or anything? If the computer powers on for a second, but everything including fans cuts off immediately, you have a short curcuit somewhere. It is either in the way you have things wired or a short in the power supply itself.
The only obvios answer I can think of at the moment is the floppy drive. It is the easiest thing to hook up incorrectly, and with a power supply I had, the computer would not do anything whe it was plugged incorrectly.

When you said you tried unplugging everything but the motherboard, I think you need at least one stick of RAM in to post. Try only one stick of RAM (alternate if this one doesn't work), video card, and of course your CPU fan. Yank everything else off of the mobo and see what happens.

Are you sure you have the heatsink on correctly and the system isn't going into CPU thermal protection mode? I see you have a Thermaltake Smart Fan. Could you possibly have its thermal sensor interfering with the CPU to HeatSink bond?

Also, place that fan in its default "Full RPM" mode by disconnecting the thermal sensor and installing the jumper that came with it (see instructions that came with your fan).

Also, is your system currently overclocked? If so place everything back to default settings (jumpers on mobo). Check all jumpers on your motherboard, is CMOS reset in correct place, etc...

You have a large heatsink. Is it touching/bending any components on your motherboard (capacitors)? Are the screws underside the motherboard touching any solder joints/components?

Hope this helps, post your results!!

Check and make sure that the 115/230 switch on the back is set correctly before you send it back.

Already checked that, it was set correctly, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work...but I guess every once in a while you will get something that is faulty.
