Building a new system soon, and am looking at Antec cases. I was wondering if the Antec PS are good ones (I usually use Sparkle). Been looking at the SX1040, which looks just like the 1030 but with a 400 Watt supply and its not too expensive.

Link for those interested.

Any input would be appreciated.

Sweet, I should've checked there before posting, heh. I'm gonna put the Epox DDR board in there with a 1.2 GHz. Thanks for the reply.

Great PSus. Some people have a preference for Sparkle or Enermax, but Antec is just as good in my opinion

Antec has a good reputation. There is another company considered the "Rolls Royce" of Power Supplies. They are PCPower and Cooling. They are probably the most expensive PS's available,or at least one of the Most expensive.

The Antec 400 Watt PP403X Power Supply has been working flawlessly for me during the last few weeks, and I have a 1 Ghz 266 Mhz FSB AXIA Athlon processor which is running at 1333 Mhz with a core voltage of 1.69 Volts. This power supply really provides more than enough power for a complete system, and as a result, instability due to the power supply is not an issue, which allows focusing on other problem spots.
