Been anticipating this power supply for my home theater PC. It was seen at CES 2005 earlier this month, but when I e-mailed Antec, they bluntly said that they have no idea when it will be released, this was back in the second week of March though.
Pictures of it show a fan on the front side of the PSU, and is only active when the PSU is under a certain amount of load. It also should be a fairly quiet fan, from what I've heard.
Basically, it looks like a Phantom 350, with a fan module slapped on the front side, which does extend the case size at least half an inch.
