please tell me how to remove the front filters for cleaning. I don't want to break the plastic casings by forcing it.

The filters I referred to are behind the front door of the 2 front fans.

There are 2 protruding clips but I fail to see what they have to do with anything. I did tried pushing on them with no effect.

Thanks,

lol

fyi if you put a fan in front of the middle hard drive cage, those plastic clips may intrude upon the fan blades and it clicks annoyingly - it did with my yate loon. so i just kept that little door from being shut all the way and it didnt click. luckily after a short amount of testing i realized that an intake fan there did jack for the temps of anything but the hard drive there - which was fine anyways - so i removed the fan from there.

no harm no foul. temps are the same.

Did you place the fan directly on the case? Because I did that once and got that annoying clicking noise too.

There is actually a fan mount thingy right before the filter that is removable, and you attach the fan there. You'll see it if you open up your case.
