Thanks to my new X1900XT my P180 is no longer quiet. It was very quiet when I had my X800XL with Zalman VF700 in there. I have everything fan-controled though.

well.. i have gf 6200.. which is pretty quiet.

i think its the big case fan that came with antec... 🙁 im too lazy to open up the case....

i already setted to the low fan mode.

Pull the big case fan (I assume you mean the thick one in the PSU bay) out of the case. Your PSU should have absolutely no difficulty pulling enough air through that bay...and unless you've got a RAID 10 setup of 15K SCSI drives in there, you won't have heat issues with the HDD anyway.

Incidentally, its REALLY easy to figure out what's making all the racket. Turn the machine on with the case side off - then listen to it while you look in it. One by one, jam your finger into the various fans to stop them (or use a pencil, in case you've sharpened the fan blades to allow the PC to double as a coleslaw-maker). It will become quickly apparent which fan is making the most noise... If you're using the Antec fans, all on low, I bet the noisemaker is either 1) your vid card fan, or 2) your PSU, or 3) the CPU fan.

Cheers,
A

If you can, don't use the blades to stop the fan. Push down on the hub in the middle.
